Steps

1. Activate creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate Emry by tapping them, allowing you to cast Village Bell-Ringer from your graveyard this turn
3. Cast Village Bell-Ringer from your graveyard by paying
4. Village Bell-Ringer enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Village Bell-Ringer, adding
6. Repeat
