• Trudge Garden on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Kheru Bloodsucker on the battlefield

Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
4. When the Fungus Beast dies, Kheru Bloodsucker triggers, causing you to gain 2 life and target opponent to lose 2 life
5. Repeat from step 2
