Steps

1. Activate Myr Welder by tapping it, exiling Staff of Domination from your graveyard
2. Activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping Myr Welder
3. Activate Myr Welder by tapping it, exiling Empowered Autogenerator from your graveyard
4. Activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping Myr Welder
5. Activate Myr Welder using Empowered Autogenerator's ability by putting a charge counter and tapping it, adding mana of any one color equal to charge counters on Empowered Autogenerator
6. Repeat from step 4
