• Echo Mage on the battlefield
• Twitch in hand
• High Tide in hand

Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Cast Twitch by paying , targeting Echo Mage
3. Holding priority, activate an Island by tapping it, adding
4. Activate Echo Mage by paying and tapping it, copying Twitch twice, with the copies targeting an Island and Echo Mage
5. Resolve both Twitch copies, untapping Echo Mage and an Island and causing you to draw two cards
6. Repeat from step 3
