Prerequisites

• Continue? in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Salvager of Secrets on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Salvager of Secrets and another nontoken creature, adding
2. Cast Continue? by paying , returning Salvager of Secrets and at least one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Salvager of Secrets enters, it triggers, returning Continue? from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
