Steps

1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying
2. When Rot Hulk enters, it and Necroduality trigger
3. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger, returning Repository Skaab from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. When Repository Skaab enters, it and Necroduality trigger
5. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, sacrificing it
6. When Repository Skaab is exploited, Repository Skaab triggers, causing you to return an instant or sorcery from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the Necroduality trigger, creating a token copy of Repository Skaab
8. When the token Repository Skaab enters, it triggers, sacrificing Rot Hulk
9. When Rot Hulk is exploited, Repository Skaab triggers, causing you to return an instant or sorcery from your graveyard to your hand
10. Resolve the Necroduality trigger from step 2, creating a token copy of Rot Hulk
11. When the token Rot Hulk enters, it triggers, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield
12. Repeat from step 2
