Steps

1. At the beginning of the next upkeep, Awakening triggers
2. Holding priority, activate all mana-producing lands and creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least
3. Activate Weaver of Harmony by paying and tapping it, copying Awakening's trigger
4. Resolve the copy of Awakening's trigger, untapping all lands and creatures
5. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite mana creatures you control can produce
• Infinite mana for opponents that creatures they control can produce
