Steps

1. Cast Mordenkainen by paying
2. Mordenkainen enters the battlefield with ten loyalty counters due to Vorinclex
3. Activate Mordenkainen's third loyalty ability by removing ten loyalty counters from it
4. Mordenkainen dies as a state-based action due to having zero loyalty
5. Resolve the Mordenkainen ability, exchanging your hand and library
6. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying
7. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game
