• Hermit Druid on the battlefield
• Mana Severance in hand
• Thassa's Oracle in hand
• Hermit Druid does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Mana Severance by paying , searching for all lands in your library, exiling them and shuffling your library
2. Activate Hermit Druid by paying and tapping it, causing you to mill your entire library
3. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying
4. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game
