Steps

1. Cast Mana Severance by paying , exiling all lands from your library
2. Cast Recross the Paths by paying , revealing your entire library and reordering it with Collected Company on top and Thassa's Oracle and Undercity Informer directly below it
3. Draw a card by any method
4. Cast Collected Company by paying , putting Thassa's Oracle and Undercity Informer from your library onto the battlefield
5. Thassa's Oracle triggers
6. In response to the trigger, activate Undercity Informer by paying and sacrificing itself, milling your library
7. Resolve the Thassa's Oracle trigger, winning the game
