Prerequisites

• Underworld Breach on the battlefield
• Burning Inquiry in the graveyard
• Runaway Steam-Kin on the battlefield
• Thassa's Oracle in hand or in the graveyard or in the library
• You have at least six other cards in your graveyard
• available

Steps

1. Cast Burning Inquiry for its escape cost by paying and exiling three cards from your graveyard
2. Runaway Steam-Kin triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Resolve Burning Inquiry, causing each player to draw three cards and discard three cards at random
4. Repeat steps 1-3 two additional times
5. Activate Runaway Steam-Kin by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding
6. Repeat until you have less than three cards in your library
7. If Thassa's Oracle is in your hand, cast it by paying
8. If Thassa's Oracle is in your graveyard, cast it for its escape cost by paying and exiling three cards from your graveyard
9. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game
