Prerequisites

• Hair-Strung Koto on the battlefield
• Bloodchief Ascension on the battlefield
• Famished Paladin on the battlefield
• Bloodchief Ascension has at least three quest counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Hair-Strung Koto by tapping Famished Paladin, causing an opponent to mill a card
2. Bloodchief Ascension triggers, causing the opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life
3. Famished Paladin triggers, untapping itself
4. Repeat
