• Delighted Halfling on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activated Delighted Halfling by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast legendary spells
2. Kinnan triggers, adding
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Delighted Halfling
4. Repeat
