Steps

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Chromatic Orrery and The Peregrine Dynamo
2. Holding priority, activate Chromatic Orrery by tapping it, adding Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Chromatic Orrery and The Peregrine Dynamo
3. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Chromatic Orrery and The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Repeat from step 2
