Steps
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding
- If Inspiring Refrain is in your hand, cast it by paying
- Otherwise, activate The Tenth Doctor by paying , causing you to time travel three times, removing all time counters from Inspiring Refrain and cast Inspiring Refrain from exile without paying its mana cost
- Resolve Inspiring Refrain, causing you to draw two cards and exile Inspiring Refrain with three time counters on it
- Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Chromatic Orrery
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding
- Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Chromatic Orrery
- Repeat
