Steps

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Tortured Existence by paying and discarding a creature card from your hand, targeting any other creature card in your graveyard
3. Telekinetic Bonds triggers, causing you to pay to untap Chromatic Orrery
4. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
6. Once you have a large amount of mana, you may instead use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw cards
