Prerequisites

• Kitchen Finks on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Heliod, Sun-Crowned on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Kitchen Finks
2. When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
3. When Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to gain 2 life
4. Heliod triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kitchen Finks
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
6. Repeat
