Prerequisites

• Triskelavus on the battlefield
• Heliod, Sun-Crowned on the battlefield
• True Conviction on the battlefield
• Anointed Procession on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Triskelavus has at least one +1/+1 counter on it
• available

Steps

1. Activate Triskelavus by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating two 1/1 Triskelavite tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Triskelavite token, adding
3. Activate the other Triskelavite token by sacrificing it, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life
4. Heliod triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus
5. Repeat
