Steps

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Saproling token, adding
3. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying and sacrificing a Saproling, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control
4. Repeat
