Steps

1. Activate Slimefoot by paying , creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Saproling tokens, adding
3. When the Saprolings die, Slimefoot triggers twice, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life
4. Repeat
