Prerequisites

• Medomai the Ageless in exile
• Paleontologist's Pick-Axe // Dinosaur Headdress on the battlefield
• Forge Anew on the battlefield
• You control at least one additional creature
• You control a creature that does not have summoning sickness and that cannot be blocked by an opponent
• Paleontologist's Pick-Axe on the battlefield as Dinosaur Headdress
• Medomai the Ageless exiled by Dinosaur Headdress
• at most each turn available

Steps

1. Declare any creature as an attacker
2. Holding priority, activate Dinosaur Headdress' equip ability by paying if it's the first equip ability you've activated this turn, or otherwise, attaching it to the attacking creature, and causing the creature to become a copy of Medomai the Ageless
3. Deal combat damage using the creature
4. The creature triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
5. Move to your postcombat main phase
6. Activate Dinosaur Headdress' equip ability by paying , attaching it to any other creature you control
7. Repeat each turn
