Prerequisites

• Shilgengar, Sire of Famine on the battlefield
• Bloodsoaked Champion in the graveyard
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Ogre Slumlord on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Bloodsoaked Champion
2. When Bloodsoaked Champion dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Ogre Slumlord trigger, creating a creature token and a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
4. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing the creature token
5. When the creature token dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
7. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
8. Activate Bloodsoaked Champion by paying , returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Repeat
