Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodsoaked Champion, adding
2. Life Insurance and Blood Artist triggers
3. Resolve the Life Insurance trigger, causing you to lose 1 life and creating a Treasure token
4. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing target player to lose 1 life and gaining you 1 life
5. Activate Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing itself, adding
6. Activate Bloodsoaked Champion by paying , returning it to the battlefield
7. Repeat
