Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodsoaked Champion, adding
2. Sifter of Skulls triggers, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion token
3. Activate the Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate Bloodsoaked Champion by paying , returning it to the battlefield
5. Repeat
