Prerequisites

• Time Vault on the battlefield
• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• You control an additional artifact

Steps

1. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping it and other artifact you control, untap Time Vault
2. Activate Time Vault by tapping it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
3. Repeat each turn
