Steps

1. Activate Grand Architect's first activated ability by paying , making Pili-Pala blue until end of turn
2. Activate Grand Architect's last ability by tapping Pili-Pala, adding that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts
3. Activate Pili-Pala by paying and untapping it, generating
4. Repeat from step 2 any number of times
