Steps
- Activate Pili-Pala by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elf Warrior creature token
- When the Elf Warrior enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding
for each Elf and Warrior you control - Activate Pili-Pala by paying
and untapping it, adding one mana of any color - Repeat
