Prerequisites

• Pili-Pala on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Presence of Gond on the battlefield
• Pili-Pala does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Pili-Pala by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elf Warrior creature token
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Elf Warrior, adding
3. Activate Pili-Pala by paying and untapping it, adding one mana of any color
4. Repeat
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Elf Warriors
