• You have not cast an instant and/or sorcery spell this turn

Steps

1. Cast Howl of the Horde by paying and sacrificing a creature with power two or greater
2. Howl of the Horde's casualty ability triggers, creating two copies of it due to Twinning Staff
3. Resolve each Howl of the Horde, causing you to copy the next instant or sorcery spell you cast six times
4. Cast Vraska's Fall by paying
5. Each Howl of the Horde triggers, copying Vraska's Fall a total of nine times due to Twinning Staff
6. Resolve each Vraska's Fall, causing each opponent to get ten poison counters and sacrifice ten creatures and/or planeswalkers
7. Each opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters
