Prerequisites

• Goblin Sharpshooter on the battlefield
• Overwhelming Splendor on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Goblin Sharpshooter by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to a creature an opponent controls
2. The creature dealt damage dies as a state based action due to having 1 toughness and 1 damage dealt to it
3. Goblin Sharpshooter triggers, untapping Goblin Sharpshooter
4. Repeat as desired
5. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control

Results

• Destroy all creatures opponents control
• Destroy each creature that enters the battlefield under an opponent's control
• Lock
