Steps

1. Cast Abdel Adrian by paying
2. Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Verdant Sun's Avatar
3. Resolve the Verdant Sun's Avatar trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Abdel Adrian's toughness
4. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Phyrexian Delver until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
5. The Soldier enters the battlefield, triggering Verdant Sun's Avatar, causing you to gain life equal to the Soldier's toughness
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Abdel Adrian, adding
7. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing Phyrexian Delver to return to the battlefield from exile
8. Phyrexian Delver enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Verdant Sun's Avatar
9. Resolve the Verdant Sun's Avatar trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Phyrexian Delver's toughness
10. Resolve the Phyrexian Delver trigger, returning Abdel Adrian from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose five life
11. Repeat from step 2
