Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Delver on the battlefield
• Proper Burial on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Phyrexian Delver
2. Proper Burial triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Phyrexian Delver's toughness
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Phyrexian Delver's power
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji
5. Proper Burial and Junji trigger
6. Resolve the Proper Burial trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Junji's toughness
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Phyrexian Delver from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control
8. Phyrexian Delver enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield and lose five life
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 4, causing target player to mill cards equal to Junji's power
10. Repeat
