Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Delver on the battlefield
• Proper Burial on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Phyrexian Delver, adding one mana of any color
2. Proper Burial triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Phyrexian Delver's toughness
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding one mana of any color
4. Proper Burial and Junji trigger
5. Resolve the Proper Burial trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Junji's toughness
6. Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Phyrexian Delver from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control
7. Phyrexian Delver enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield and lose five life
8. Repeat
