Prerequisites

• Anje Falkenrath on the battlefield
• Conspiracy on the battlefield
• Falkenrath Gorger on the battlefield
• Necroplasm in hand
• Kozilek, Butcher of Truth in the library
• Glint-Horn Buccaneer on the battlefield
• "Vampire" chosen with Conspiracy
• NOTE: There is a small chance of failure if you have an odd number of cards in library at any point during this combo

Steps

1. Activate Anje Falkenrath by tapping it and discarding Necroplasm
2. Glint-Horn Buccaneer triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
3. Resolve Anje Falkenrath's ability, choosing to mill two cards and return Necroplasm from your graveyard to your hand instead of drawing
4. Repeat until you mill Kozilek
5. Kozilek triggers, shuffling your graveyard into your library
6. Repeat

• Infinite damage
