Prerequisites

• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Experimental Frenzy on the battlefield
• Myr Moonvessel on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Myr Moonvessel
2. When Myr Moonvessel dies, it and Mortuary trigger
3. Resolve the Myr Moonvessel trigger, adding
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Myr Moonvessel on top of your library from your graveyard
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Myr Moonvessel's power
6. Cast Myr Moonvessel from the top of your library by paying
7. Repeat
