Steps

1. Sacrifice Myr Moonvessel to Ashnod's Altar, Adding to your mana pool
2. Stack the Myr Moonvessel trigger above the Nim Deathmantle trigger
3. Allow the Myr Moonvessel trigger to resolve, adding to your mana pool
4. Teysa Karlov makes Myr Moonvessel's death trigger to occur twice adding an additional to your mana pool
5. Let the Blood Artist triggers resolve
6. Pay for the Nim Deathmantle trigger with , returning Myr Moonvessel to the battlefield equipped with Nim Deathmantle
7. Repeat
