Steps

1. Cast Apex Altisaur by paying
2. When Apex Altisaur enters, its first ability triggers, causing it to fight a creature you don't control
3. If the opposing creature dealt damage to Apex Altisaur, Apex Altisaur's second ability and Wrathful Raptors trigger
4. Resolve the Wrathful Raptors trigger, dealing damage to any opponent
5. Resolve the Apex Altisaur trigger, causing it to fight a creature you don't control
6. Repeat from step 3 until your opponents control no creatures
7. If they happen to control an indestructible creature with power above 0, this loop can be done infinitely
8. Deal damage to Apex Altisaur, triggering its enrage ability, causing it to fight an opponent's creature with power one or greater
9. Apex Altisaur is dealt damage by the creature, triggering its enrage ability, causing it to fight an opponent's creature with power one or greater
10. Repeat step 2

Results

• Destroy all creatures opponents control
• Infinite damage to most creatures
• Near-infinite damage
