Prerequisites

• Pentavus on the battlefield
• Dross Scorpion on the battlefield
• Five Hundred Year Diary on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Five Hundred Year Diary by tapping it, adding at least Activate Pentavus's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite creature token
2. Activate Pentavus's second ability by paying and sacrificing the Pentavite
3. When the Pentavite dies, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Five Hundred Year Diary
4. Resolve the Pentavus ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Repeat
