• Pentavus has at least two +1/+1 counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Pentavus' first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite artifact creature token
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Pentavite, adding
3. The Pentavite dies, triggering Zulaport Cutthroat, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
4. Lisette triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
5. Repeat
