Steps

1. Cast Warhost's Frenzy with kicker by paying
2. Cast Stonecoil Serpent by paying
3. Stonecoil Serpent enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Mortuary and Warhost's Frenzy
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Stonecoil Serpent from your graveyard onto the top of your library
5. Resolve the Warhost's Frenzy trigger, causing you to draw a card, thus drawing Stonecoil Serpent from your library
6. Repeat from step 2
