Steps

1. Cast Stonecoil Serpent by paying
2. Stonecoil Serpent enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
3. Samwise triggers, creating four Food artifact tokens
4. Activate Samwise by sacrificing three Foods, returning Stonecoil Serpent to your hand from your graveyard
5. Repeat
