Prerequisites

• Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn on the battlefield
• Sage of Hours on the battlefield
• Honden of Cleansing Fire on the battlefield
• You control at least three Shrines

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Honden of Cleansing Fire triggers, causing you to gain at least six life
2. Proceed to your end step
3. At the beginning of your end step, Lathiel triggers, putting at least six +1/+1 counters on Sage of Hours
4. Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, taking at least one extra turn after this one
5. Repeat each turn

Results

• Infinite turns
