Steps

1. During your opponent's draw step, they draw a card, and Teferi's Puzzle Box triggers
2. Resolve the Teferi's Puzzle Box trigger, causing the opponent to shuffle their hand into their library and draw no cards due to Narset

Results

• Each opponent shuffles their hand into their library during their draw step
• Opponents cannot draw cards during their turn
