• Fool's Demise on the battlefield
• Channel in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Pelakka Wurm on the battlefield
• Fool's Demise attached to Pelakka Wurm

Steps

1. Cast Channel by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Pelakka Wurm, adding
3. When Pelakka Wurm dies, its second ability and Fool's Demise's first and second abilities trigger
4. Resolve the Pelakka Wurm trigger, causing you to draw a card
5. Resolve the first Fool's Demise trigger, returning Pelakka Wurm from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. When Pelakka Wurm enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to gain 7 life
7. Resolve the second Fool's Demise trigger, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
8. Activate Channel four times by paying 4 life, adding
9. Cast Fool's Demise by paying , attaching it to Pelakka Wurm
10. Repeat from step 2
