Steps

1. Cast a copy of Striking Palette from exile by paying , unpreparing Pigment Wrangler
2. When you cast this, Displacer Kitten and Storm-Kiln Artist both trigger
3. If you have reached Step 9, each delayed Striking Palette trigger from the previous iteration also goes on the stack
4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten ability, flickering Pigment Wrangler, which enters prepared
5. Resolve a Striking Palette trigger if it exists, copying Striking Palette and causing Storm-Kiln Artist to trigger
6. Resolve a Storm-Kiln Artist trigger, creating a Treasure token
7. Resolve a copy of Striking Palette, creating a delayed trigger to copy the next instant or sorcery cast this turn
8. Repeat steps 4-6 until the stack is empty
9. Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
10. Repeat
