Steps

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding
2. Cast a copy of Ancestral Recall by paying
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emeritus of Ideation
4. It'll enter prepared due to its effect
5. Resolve Ancestral Recall, causing you to draw three cards
6. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent
7. Repeat
