Steps

1. Cast a copy of Stream of Life with X=0 by paying
2. Nantuko Shrine and Displacer Kitten trigger
3. Resolve the Nantuko Shrine trigger, creating at least one 1/1 Squirrel creature token
4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten, blinking Infirmary Healer, which enters prepared
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Squirrel token, adding one mana
6. Repeat
