• Mystic Speculation in hand
• Coveted Jewel on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Coveted Jewel by tapping it, adding
2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Coveted Jewel
4. Coveted Jewel enters the battlefield, causing you to draw three cards
5. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return it to your hand
6. Repeat
