Steps

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Displacer Kitten trigger
3. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The One Ring
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library
6. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library
7. Repeat
