Steps

1. Cast Appa by paying
2. When Appa enters, its first ability triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Chromatic Orrery by tapping it, adding
4. Resolve the Appa trigger, exiling Chromatic Orrery with the ability to cast it later from exile
5. Cast Chromatic Orrery from exile by paying
6. Displacer Kitten and Appa trigger
7. Resolve the Appa trigger, creating a 1/1 Ally creature token
8. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Appa
9. When Appa enters, its first ability triggers, exiling another nonland permanent with the ability to cast it later from exile
10. Cast the permanent from exile by paying
11. Displacer Kitten and Appa's second ability trigger
12. Resolve the Appa trigger, creating a 1/1 Ally creature token
13. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Appa
14. Repeat from step 2
